Reckless and careless. Both of them (the old and the new).
New beds and matresses needed - nothing.
New fridge needed - nothing.
Car park key - nothing (they requested 55 £ for one. And it is supposed to come for free. As all our neighbours confirmed it)
Working buzzer - nothing (you have to pass through 3 doors to catch the postman/delivery guys. Lots of times it happened to lose the postman because mandatory documents needed to be signed and collected)
